Margot Beach

Margot is General Manager of the Dusseldorp Forum, and has worked in the community services sector for the past 30 years.

She has experience in senior and executive management positions within both government and not-for-profit organisations in the areas of early years education, child protection, disability services and community aged care.

Highlights include six years at The Benevolent Society in a range of management positions, including general manager, in which she lead the development and implementation of an integrated service model to better support families, children and communities. Margot has also mentored agencies in the establishment, implementation and evaluation of their services both in Sydney and regional areas.

Margot’s passion is to work respectfully in partnership with others to strengthen the wellbeing of children and young people so they can strive for their goals, explore possibilities through learning, and build the futures they want. Her commitment is to engage with compassion, mindfulness and respect.

Jessica Duffy

Jessica Duffy is Office Manager at the Dusseldorp Forum. Jess has a degree in Psychology and Human Resources, has a wide range of experience in the customer service industry and a background in executive services and office coordination. She has a passion for working with children and is inspired to help encourage them to reach their full potential through creative learning and education.

Rachel Fyfe

Rachel is the Communications Manager at Dusseldorp Forum and has worked in not-for-profit communications for over 14 years.

She has a Bachelor of International Studies from Flinders University and has previously worked for a children’s cardiac charity, Chain of Hope UK, the Royal Flying Doctor Service and Foresight Australia. Rachel’s experience is hands on, working in the field to deliver health service development projects in rural and remote Australia, Mozambique, Jamaica, Philippines and Solomon Islands.

Jo Cory

Jo Cory is the Finance Officer at Dusseldorp Forum and has worked at the Forum for the past 7 years.

Jo has a degree in business and completed her CPA qualifications in 2017. Jo previously worked for over 20 years as a Pharmacist.
